Designed to detect Lrig1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 Lrig1 a.k.a. Img; LIG-1; D6Bwg0781e (NCBI gene ID:16206) and nucleotides 685-3230, 3492-3736 of NM_008377.2 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to recognize: NM_008377.2, XM_006505621.2, XM_006505622.1, and XR_377425.2. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
