| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human OLIG2 with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect OLIG2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against oligodendrocyte lineage transcription factor 2 OLIG2 a.k.a. BHLHB1; OLIGO2; RACK17; PRKCBP2; bHLHe19 (NCBI gene ID:10215) and nucleotides 121-2471 of NM_005806.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variant: XM_005260908.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
