No. 88-7774-75), which includes the CD117 (c-Kit) Monoclonal Antibody, APC (17-1171-82) and CD34 Monoclonal Antibody, FITC (11-0341-82), followed by Streptavidin PE (12-4317-87). Total viable cells, as determined by 7-AAD (00-6993-50), were used for analysis. Events displayed on the right plot are gated on lineage low/negative events, as shown on the left plot. |
