| Data for Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail (500X)Mouse splenocytes were cultured with 1X Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail (500X) and 1X Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X) (cat. 00-4970) for 16 hours. Cultures were harvested and fixed and permeabilized with IC Fixation Buffer (cat. 00-8222) and Permeabilization Buffer (cat. 00-8333). The cells were then stained with Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC (cat. 11-0042), Anti-Mouse IFN gamma PE (12-7311) and Anti-Mouse TNF alpha APC (cat. 17-7321). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. |
