For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.靶标信息OTX2 is a 289 amino acid containing protein encoding a member of the bicoid sub-family of homeodomain-containing transcription factors. It has two known alternative splice variants with distinct isoforms though presence of other isoforms cannot be excluded. The protein is an early marker of endodermal differentiation of embryonic stem cells and may play a role in the development of the brain and the sensory organs. The protein may bind to BCD target sequence (BTS): 5-'TCTAATCCC-3'. Defects in OTX2 are the cause of microphthalmia syndromic type 5 (MCOPS5).

Sample was then incubated with beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 (red) and DAPI secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:250. OTX2 Antibody (PA5-85774) in WB Western blot analysis of OTX2 in whole cell extract using OTX2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85774) using 37.5 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:1000. Sample was then incubated with ECL secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 12% SDS-PAGE. |
