Designed to detect Luc transcripts in Sea pansy specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).Design Criteria: Product was designed against Optimized Renilla Luciferase - SwitchGear's RenSP Luc a.k.a. hRlucP, RenSP (NCBI gene ID:N/A) and nucleotides 1-1060 of http://switchgeargenomics.com/sites/default/files/text/pLightSwitch_prom.txt This is an inclusive set designed to detect human optimized versions of RenLuc (hRLucP). Detects the following variants: Promega's hRlucP, Switchgear's RenSP and RLuc8, Rluc8.6-535, Rluc7-521. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
