| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human ERBB4 with CAL Fluor Red 610 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect ERBB4 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 4 ERBB4 a.k.a. HER4; ALS19; p180erbB4 (NCBI gene ID:2066) and nucleotides 1-1969, 2045-3233, 3282-8100 of NM_005235.2. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants:
NM_005235.2, NM_001042599.1, XM_005246375.1, XM_005246376.1, XM_005246377.1, XM_006712364.1.
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
