Stellaris FISH Probes, Human KIAA0907 with CAL Fluor Red 590 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect KIAA0907 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against KIAA0907 KIAA0907 a.k.a. BLOM7 (NCBI gene ID:22889) and nucleotides 1-1081, 1186-1714, 1715-2992 of NM_014949.3 . This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_014949.3, AB020714.1, AK289902.1, AY112682.1, BC062637.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
