| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human MME with CAL Fluor Red 635 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect MME transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against membrane metallo-endopeptidase MME a.k.a. NEP; SFE; CD10; CALLA (NCBI gene ID:4311) and nucleotides 121-2373 of NM_000902.3. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_000902.3, NM_007287.2, NM_007288.2, NM_007289.2, XM_006713646.2, XM_006713647.2, XM_011512855.1, XM_011512856.1, XM_011512857.1, XM_011512858.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
