| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human PALB2 with CAL Fluor Orange 560 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect PALB2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against partner and localizer of BRCA2 PALB2 a.k.a. ANCN; PNCA3 (NCBI gene ID:79728) and nucleotides 249-3313, 3551-3761 of NM_024675.3. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_024675.3, XM_011545946.1, XM_011545947.1, XM_011545948.1, XR_950851.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
