This support has a succinate linkage to the CPG, which can be cleaved using standard cleavage protocols. Synthesis can proceed in a manner analogous to the use of a normal nucleotide support. The biotin labeling can be detected through the use of enzyme labeled avidin or strepavidin conjugates. |
