Stellaris FISH Probes, Human IL2RA with FAM consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect IL2RA transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against interleukin 2 receptor, alpha IL2RA a.k.a. CD25, IDDM10, IL2R, TCGFR, p55 (NCBI gene ID:3559) and nucleotides 1-1567 of NM_000417.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001308242.1, NM_001308243.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
