| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human H19 with CAL Fluor Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect H19 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against H19, imprinted maternally expressed transcript (non-protein coding) H19 a.k.a. ASM; BWS; WT2; ASM1; PRO2605; D11S813E; LINC00008; NCRNA00008 (NCBI gene ID:283120) and nucleotides 1-2322 of NR_002196.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
