| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human HIF1A with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect HIF1A transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against hypoxia inducible factor 1, alpha subunit (basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor) HIF1A a.k.a. HIF1; MOP1; PASD8; HIF-1A; bHLHe78; HIF-1alpha; HIF1-ALPHA (NCBI gene ID:3091) and nucleotides 440-546, 777-2622, 2734-4052 of NM_001530.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001243084.1, NM_181054.2 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
