| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human JAK2 with CAL Fluor Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect JAK2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against Janus kinase 2 JAK2 a.k.a. JTK10; THCYT3 (NCBI gene ID:3717) and nucleotides 495-1335, 1431-3893 of NM_004972.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: XM_005251455, BC039695, BM145230, and CV569405. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
