| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human TERT with CAL Fluor Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect TERT transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against telomerase reverse transcriptase TERT a.k.a. TP2; TRT; CMM9; EST2; TCS1; hTRT; DKCA2; DKCB4; hEST2; PFBMFT1 (NCBI gene ID:7015) and nucleotides 1-277, 278-1631, 1632-1731, 1732-1827, 1828-2008, 2009-2188, 2225-2344, 2441-2526, 2527-2712, 2713-2901, 2902-3028, 3029-3090, 3091-3215, 3216-4011 of NM_198253.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001193376, XR_241713, and XR_241712 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
