| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human CDKN1B with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect CDKN1B transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B CDKN1B a.k.a. KIP1; MEN4; CDKN4; MEN1B; P27KIP1 (NCBI gene ID:1027) and nucleotides 1-2079 of NM_004064.4. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
