| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human CDKN2B with CAL Fluor Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect CDKN2B transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2B CDKN2B a.k.a. P15; MTS2; TP15; CDK4I; INK4B; p15INK4b (NCBI gene ID:1029) and nucleotides 1-516 , 517-1650, 1651-2198 of NM_004936.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants:
NM_004936.3, and NM_078487.2. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
