| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human EIF4E1 with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect EIF4E1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E EIF4E1 a.k.a. CBP; EIF4F; AUTS19; EIF4E; EIF4EL1 (NCBI gene ID:1977) and nucleotides 1542-1922, 1923-2828 of NM_001968.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001130678, NM_001130679, XM_006714126, and partially XM_006714127. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
