产品详细信息The recommended shelf life for this product is 1 year from date of receipt. 靶标信息ASH1 (ASH1L) is a member of the trithorax group of transcriptional activators. The protein contains four AT hooks, a SET domain, a PHD-finger motif, and a bromodomain. It is localized to many small speckles in the nucleus, and also to cell-cell tight junctions. Diseases associated with ASH1 include Mental Retardation, Autosomal Dominant 52 and Pulpitis.

| ASH1 Antibody (A301-748A) in IP Detection of human ASH1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ASH1 antibody A301-748A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ASH1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ASH1 antibody A301-749A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ASH1, A301-749A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds. |
