靶标信息This gene encodes a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains 2 non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including CREB1 and c-fos. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughly characterized.

| Phospho-MSK2 (Thr687) Antibody (PA5-105430) in IF Immunofluorescent analysis of Phospho-MSK2 (Thr687) in HeLa cells(4h of LPS treatment). Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and Phospho-MSK2 (Thr687) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105430) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).Phospho-MSK2 (Thr687) Antibody (PA5-105430) in IHC (P)Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-MSK2 (Thr687) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer.
