This modification may both alter nucleosome-DNA interactions and promote interaction of the modified histones with other proteins which positively regulate transcription. This complex may be required for the activation of transcriptional programs associated with oncogene and proto-oncogene mediated growth induction, tumor suppressor mediated growth arrest and replicative senescence, apoptosis and DNA repair.

MRG15 Antibody (PA5-78349) in IFImmunofluorescent analysis of MRG15 in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and incubated with MRG15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78349) using a dilution of 1:1000, followed by Hoechst. MRG15 Antibody (PA5-78349) in WBWestern blot analysis of MRG15 in A) Huh7 whole cell lysate, B) Hep3B whole cell lysate using 30 µg of protein. Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE and incubated with MRG15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78349) using a dilution of 1:500.
