产品详细信息In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ING2 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with with rhING3, rhING4, and rhING5 is observed.Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.靶标信息This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that can induce cell growth arrest and apoptosis. The encoded protein is a nuclear protein that physically interacts with the tumor suppressor protein TP53 and is a component of the p53 signaling pathway. Reduced expression and rearrangement of this gene have been detected in various cancers. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.

| ING1 Antibody (PA5-47772) in ICCImmunocytochemical analysis of ING1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using 10 µg/mL Goat Anti-human ING1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with a 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper pane and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).ING1 Antibody (PA5-47772) in IHC (P)Immunohistochemical analysis of ING1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer tissue using 5 µg/mL Goat Anti-human ING1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).ING1 Antibody (PA5-47772) in WBWestern blot analysis from lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human ING1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47772) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ING1 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions. |
