Visualizing siRNA and Silencing of GAPDH Gene ExpressionAn siRNA to human GAPDH and a negative control were fluorescently labeled with Cy™5 using Ambion's Silencer™ siRNA Labeling Kit, transfected into HeLa S3 cells (at 100 nM) and analyzed 72 hr later by fluorescence microscopy with an anti-GAPDH antibody. Orange: Cy5 labeled siRNA. Blue: DAPI stained nuclei.
