| Rabbit anti Human RANGAP1 antibodyrecognizes the Ran GTPase-activating protein 1, also known as segregation distorter homolog.RANGAP1 encodes a protein that associates with the nuclear pore complex and participates in the regulation of nuclear transport. The encoded protein interacts with Ras-related nuclear protein 1 (RAN) and regulates guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding and exchange. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2013).Rabbit anti Human RANGAP1 antibody detects bands of 68 and 82 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
