| Rabbit anti Human C21orf33 antibodyrecognizes C21orf33 also known as ES1 protein homolog, Keio novel protein I and human HES1 protein.The C21orf33 gene sequence encodes a potential mitochondrial protein that is a member of the DJ-1/PfpI gene family. This protein is overexpressed in fetal Down syndrome brain. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants (provided by RefSeq, May 2010).Rabbit anti Human C21orf33 antibody detects a band of 27 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
