| Mouse anti Human GPI antibodyrecognizes glucose-6-phosphate isomerase. Glucose-6-phosphate isomerase is a ubiquitously expressed glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of fructose-6-phosphate to glucose-6-phosphate. GPI (or neuroleukin) is also recognized for its neurotrophic effects on spinal and sensory neurons.Mouse anti human GPI antibody detects GPI as a band of 63 kDa in a range of human cell line lysates. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
