产品介绍 | | |
Mouse anti Human Interferon gamma antibody, clone B27recognizes human interferon gamma (IFN gamma). IFN gamma is a regulatory cytokine, which is produced by activated natural killer cells and a population of T-lymphocytes.Mouse anti Human Interferon gamma antibody, clone B27 is reported to neutralize the antiviral activity of human IFN gamma (Favreet al.1989). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. |

This product has been reported to work in the following applications. This information is derived from testing within our laboratories, peer-reviewed publications or personal communications fromthe originators. Please refer to references indicated for further information. For general protocol recommendations, please visit theantibody protocolspage.1Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Bio-Rad recommend the use of Leucoperm™(Product CodeBUF09) for this purpose.Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.Flow CytometryUse 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106cells in 100ul. |

Figure A. Cells stimulated with Cell Stimulation Reagent containing Brefeldin A (BUF077A) for 5 hours were stained with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated Mouse anti Human CD3 (MCA463A488) and PE conjugated Rat IgG2a (MCA6005PE). Figure B. Cells stimulated with Cell Stimulation Reagent containing Brefeldin A (BUF077A)for 5 hours were stained with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated Mouse anti Human CD3 (MCA463A488) and PE conjugated Mouse anti Human IL-2 (MCA1553PE). All experiments performed on red cell lysed human blood gated on lymphoid cells in the presence of 10% human serum. Data acquired on the ZE5™ Cell Analyzer |
