| Intended Use | BUF017B is a 3% (v/v) solution of hydrogen peroxide. This solution may be used to block endogenous peroxidase activity in paraffin embedded tissue sections. Incubate re-hydrated sections in this buffer for 15 minutes, and rinse well with water before continuing with staining protocol. |
