| Goat anti Human FGF 10 antibodyrecognizes human FGF 10 (fibroblast growth factor 10), a member of the heparin-binding growth factors family which act as promoters of cellular differentiation and proliferation, and therefore play key roles in embryonic development, morphogenesis, tissue regeneration and tumour growth and invasion.FGF 10 signals through binding to the FGF Receptor (FGFR) 2b, and has structural and biological activities similar to that of FGF 7. Defects in FGF 10 are responsible for the autosomal dominant disorders known as lacrimo-auriculo-dento-digital syndrome (LADDS), and aplasia of lacrimal and salivary glands (ALSG). |
