| Rabbit anti Human TSLP receptor antibodyrecognizes human thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR), a 42 kDa glycoprotein belonging to the type 1 cytokine receptor family. TSLPR is primarily expressed by dendritic cells and monocytes, and weakly expressed by T-cells. It is also expressed by non-haematopoietic tissues such as the heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver.The TSLP receptor forms functional complexes with thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and IL-7R, which are capable of stimulating cell proliferation through activation of Stat3 and Stat5. |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. |
