| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human PMP22 with CAL Fluor Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect PMP22 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against peripheral myelin protein 22 PMP22 a.k.a. DSS; HNPP; CMT1A; CMT1E; GAS-3; Sp110; HMSNIA (NCBI gene ID:5376) and nucleotides 205-1861 of NM_000304.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to the detect the following variants: NM_000304.3, NM_153321.2, NM_153322.2, NM_001281455.1, and NM_001281456.1, and partly the minor RNAs: NR_104017.1 and NR_104018.1, as well as the ill supported XM_011523943.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
