Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (R37115) in IFHeLa cells were transduced with CellLight® Nucleus-GFP (Product # C10602), grown over night, and fixed, permeabilized and blocked using the Image-iT Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (Product # R37602). Mitochondria are labeled with mouse anti-ATP synthase subunit IF1 monoclonal antibody (Product # A-21355) and detected with ReadyProbes™ Alexa Fluor® 594 Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody (Product # R37115). Nuclei were stained with NucBlue Fixed (Product # R37606). Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (R37115) in IFCAKI cells were fixed, permeabilized and blocked using the Image-iT Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (Product # R37602). Mitochondria are labeled with mouse anti-ATP synthase subunit IF1 monoclonal antibody (Product # A-21355) and detected with ReadyProbes™ Alexa Fluor® 594 Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody (Product # R37115). Nuclei were stained with NucBlue Fixed (Product # R37606) and actin was visualized with ActinGreen 488 (Product # R37110).
