MagniSort™ Mouse NK cell Enrichment Kit 设计通过磁性阴性分选分离小鼠 NK 细胞。该试剂盒不能分离 NKT 细胞。它经过优化，可利用生物素化的抗体混合物和链霉亲和素包被的磁珠从脾脏中分离小鼠 NK 细胞。非目标细胞将由抗体结合，随后结合至磁珠，将其放入磁力架中，溶液中将会留下完整的悬浮 NK 细胞。 |
