BrdU incorporated into the DNA of proliferating cells was detected with an anti-BrdU antibody (A21300) that was prelabeled with the Zenon Alexa Fluor 488 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Z25002). The sample was mounted with the reagents in the Prolong Antifade Kit (P7481).
