| Rec J Exonuclease, derived from E. coli, catalyzes removal of deoxyribonucleotide monophosphates from single stranded DNA (ssDNA) in a 5′→3′ direction. The enzyme requires magnesium (Mg2+) and can be heat inactivated by incubation at 65°C for 20 minutes.来自大肠杆菌的Rec J Exonuclease催化以5’→3’方向从ssDNA中去除脱氧核糖核苷一磷酸的反应。其活性依赖于Mg2+。Rec J Exonuclease可以通过在65℃条件下温育20分钟来进行热失活。 |
