靶标信息The betaIII-tubulin isoform is present dominantly in cells of neuronal origin and it is one of the earliest markers of neuronal differentiation. It is regarded as a specific probe for the cells of neuronal origin as well as for the tumours originating from these cells. The betaIII-tubulin is most abundant in cells of neuronal origin, but was also detected in Sertoli cells of the testis and transiently in non-neuronal embryonic tissues.

Beta III Tubulin Antibody (PA5-85994) in ICC Immunocytochemical analysis of Beta III Tubulin in Hela cells using a Beta III Tubulin Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85994) as seen in green. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS. Beta III Tubulin Antibody (PA5-85994) in WB Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extract (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), U-87MG (Lane 2), and Mouse brain (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-Beta III Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85994, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 52 kDa band corresponding to Beta III Tubulin was observed in all cell line(s) and mouse tissue tested.
