| Matrigel matrix is a solubilized basement membrane preparation extracted from the Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma, a tumor rich in extracellular matrix proteins, including Laminin (a major component), Collagen IV, heparin sulfate proteoglycans, entactin/nidogen, and a number of growth factors. 康宁Matrigel是从富含胞外基质蛋白的EHS小鼠肿瘤中提取出基底膜基质，其主要成分有层粘连蛋白、IV型胶原、巢蛋白、硫酸肝素糖蛋白，还包含生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶等。在室温条件下，Matrigel聚合形成具有生物学活性的三维基质，模拟体内细胞基底膜的结构、组成、物理特性和功能，有利于体外细胞的培养和分化，可用于对细胞形态、生化功能、迁移、侵袭和基因表达等的研究。 康宁Matrigel基底膜基质形成的三维培养基质，可促进上皮细胞、肝细胞、Sertoli细胞、黑色素瘤细胞、血管内皮细胞、甲状腺细胞及毛囊细胞等的贴壁与分化。同时，Matrigel还能影响乳腺上皮细胞的蛋白表达，支持外周神经的新生和牛输卵管上皮细胞的分化。 不同配方的康宁Matrigel可以满足不同的实验要求。低生长因子(GFR)的Matrigel基底膜基质适用于对基质成分要求严格的实验，如细胞信号通路和细胞因子的研究等。不含酚红的Matrgel适用于荧光检测或显色反应等分析。高浓度的Matrigel适用于研究血管生成、肿瘤细胞迁移和体内肿瘤模型的建立等。适用于血管形成实验。（Matrigel使用常见问题？）来源：EHS小鼠肿瘤使用指南：培养细胞时，Matrigel可无需稀释直接包被，包被厚度可为0.5mm（薄层）或1.0mm（厚层）。Matrigel也可以在无血清培养基中稀释后用于包被培养器皿表面，根据细胞类型和应用目的确定相应Matrigel浓度。保存条件和效期：-20℃下保存，避免多次冻融，保质期详见产品说明。 |
