Designed to detect EML4 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against echinoderm microtubule associated protein like 4 EML4 a.k.a. C2orf2; ELP120; EMAP-4; EMAPL4; ROPP120 (NCBI gene ID:27436) and nucleotides of NC_000002.11. This is an exclusive and inclusive probe set designed to detect wild type EML4 pre-mRNAs. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
