| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human CD19 with FAM consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect CD19 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against CD19 molecule CD19 a.k.a. B4; CVID3 (NCBI gene ID:930) and nucleotides 49-260, 391-1548, 1549-1948 of NM_001770.5. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_001770.5 and NM_001178098.1, AK304456.1, and partailly the potentially misannotated XM_006721103.2, XM_011545981.1, and XR_950872.1, and XR_950871.1, The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
