| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human NF1 with CAL Fluor Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect NF1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against neurofibromin 1 NF1 a.k.a. WSS; NFNS; VRNF (NCBI gene ID:4763) and nucleotides 443-1643-1644-2100 of NM_001042492.2 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_000267, NM_001128147, and XM_005257983, XM_005257984, XM_006721922, XM_006721923, XM_006721924, XM_006721925, XM_006721926, XM_006721927, and XM_006721928. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
