| Synthesis conditions:Prior to dilution ensure that all product is at the bottom of the vial. Dilute to the recommended concentration and mix thoroughly in the sealed vial to ensure that all contents are dissolved. Due to the mild deprotection conditions, we suggest using only fast deprotecting supports and amiditesDilution:100 µmol/mLDeprotection conditions:Oligonucleotides labeled with Hexachloro-Fluorescein may be deprotected using concentrated NH4OH, although some degradation can occur. With fast deprotecting amidites (ie. C-Ac, G-DMF, G-PAC) use concentrated NH4OH for 90 minutes at 60°C or 5 hours at 25°C.Hexachloro-Fluorescein Amidite is susceptible to oxidation when left out in the open or undessicated. If all the solution is not used during the synthesis, it can be stored under argon and its functionality maintained up to 24 hours..
