This antibody does not cross react with goat, mouse, rat, or equine serum proteins.Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgG antibody recognizes human IgG and demonstrates Goat F(ab')2 anti Human IgG antibody does not cross-react with Goat IgG F(c) or mouse, rat, bovine and horse serum proteins, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis.靶标信息Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondaryantibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.
