No cross reactivity with mouse, rat, or goat immunoglobulin light chain.Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 100 ng/mL or 20 ng/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human IgG, Light Chain Secondary Antibody (Product # SA5-10224) was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody Human IgG (Light chain) Secondary Antibody (SA5-10224) in ELISAA titer Sandwich ELISA using Biotinylated Rabbit Anti-Human IgG, Light Chain Secondary Antibody (Product # SA5-10224) as the detection antibody. The plate, coated with the capture antibody anti-human IgG RM116, was loaded with different amounts of human IgG. A serial dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human IgG, Light Chain Secondary Antibody (Product # SA5-10224) was used as the detection antibody, followed with an alkaline phosphatase conjugated streptavidin.
