Qdot nanocrystals are composed of semi-conductor material to generate a fluorescent particle which is exceptionally bright and does not photobleach. Qdot nanocrystals paired with the correct optical filters are as much as 50 times brighter than traditional organic dyes.靶标信息Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.

Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (Q-11021MP) in IFImmunofluorescence analysis of F(ab')2-Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Qdot 655 (Product # Q-11021MP) was performed using HeLa cells stained with alpha Tubulin (Product # 236-10501) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (A11126). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 10 minutes, blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour and labeled with 2 µg/mL of mouse primary antibody for 3 hours at room temperature. F(ab')2-Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Qdot 655 (Product # Q-11021MP) was used at a dilution of 1:50 in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.2 % BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature, for detection of alpha Tubulin in the cytoplasm (Panel a: red). Nuclei (Panel b: blue) were stained with DAPI in SlowFade® Gold Antifade Mountant (Product # S36938). F-actin was stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 Phalloidin (Product # A12379, 1:300) (Panel c: green). Panel d represents the composite image. No nonspecific staining was observed with the secondary antibody alone (panel f), or with an isotype control (panel e). The images were captured at 60X magnification. Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (Q-11021MP) in IFA mouse kidney section visualized with fluorescent Qdot® nanocrystal conjugates. Laminin was labeled with an anti-laminin antibody and visualized using Qdot® 565 goat F (ab')2 anti-rabbit IgG (Product # Q-11431MP and Product # Q11432MP). PECAM (platelet/endothelial cell adhesion detection molecule CD31) was detected with a mouse anti-PECAM-1 monoclonal antibody and visualized using red-fluorescent Qdot® 655 goat F (ab')2 anti-mouse IgG (Product # Q11022MP and Product # Q-11021MP). Nuclei were stained with blue-fluorescent Hoechst 33342 (H1399, H3570, H21492). Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (Q-11021MP) in IF Three-color staining of HeLa cells using fluorescent Qdot® nanocrystal conjugates. The intracellular structures in fixed HeLa cells were visualized using a red-fluorescent Qdot® 655 F (ab')2 goat anti-mouse IgG (Product # Q-11021MP and Product # Q11022MP) (nuclei), a yellow-fluorescent Qdot® 585 F (ab')2 goat anti-rabbit IgG (Product # Q-11411MP) (Golgi), and a green-fluorescent Qdot® 525 streptavidin conjugate (Product # Q10141MP) (microtubules).
