TheCBQCA Protein Quantitation Kitis a very sensitive assay for quantitating proteins in solution, capable of detection as low as 10 ng of protein per mL. Similar in sensitivity to our NanoOrange protein quantitation reagent (N-6666), CBQCA is better suited for accurate quantitation of proteins in the presence of lipids, membrane fractions or detergents, and for lipoproteins and small peptides.
