产品详细信息This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, human, porcine and rat based on sequence homology.靶标信息MRG15 ia a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex which is involved in transcriptional activation of select genes principally by acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. This modification may both alter nucleosome-DNA interactions and promote interaction of the modified histones with other proteins which positively regulate transcription. This complex may be required for the activation of transcriptional programs associated with oncogene and proto-oncogene mediated growth induction, tumor suppressor mediated growth arrest and replicative senescence, apoptosis and DNA repair.

MRG15 Antibody (PA5-18195) in IHCImmunohistochemical analysis of MRG15 in Human Placenta using a MRG15 monoclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18195) at 2.5 µg/mL. The Human Placenta tissue section was paraffin embeded and detected using steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining. MRG15 Antibody (PA5-18195) in WBWestern blot analysis of MRG15/MORF4L1 in Mouse Liver (A), Rat Liver (B) and Pig Liver (C) lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Samples were probed with the MRG15/MORF4L1 antibody (Product # PA5-18195, 0.3µg/mL) for 1 hour. Western blot was detected by chemiluminescence.
