产品详细信息MA3-074 has been succesfully used in an immunofluorescence application.The MA3-074 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 108-127 of human TAF3.靶标信息Transcription factor TFIID is one of the general factors required for accurate and regulated initiation by RNA polymerase II. TFIID is a multimeric protein complex that plays a central role in mediating promoter responses to various activators and repressors. Required in complex with TBPL2 for the differentiation of myoblasts into myocytes. The complex replaces TFIID at specific promoters at an early stage in the differentiation process. Belongs to the TFIID complex which is composed of TATA binding protein (TBP) and a number of TBP-associated factors (TAFs). Interacts with TAF10 via the histone fold. Interacts with TAF13, TBP, SAP130 and GCN5L2. Interacts with TBPL2.

TAF3 Antibody (MA3-074) in IFImmunofluorescent analysis of TAF3 in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 15 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 3% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained with a TAF3 mouse monoclonal antibody (Product # MA3-074) at a dilution of 1:250 in blocking buffer for 1 hour at room temperature, and then incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate (Product # A28175) at a dilution of 1:1000 for at least 30 minutes at a room temperature in the dark (green). Nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst 33342 (Product # 62249). Images were taken on a Thermo Scientific ToxInsight Instrument at 20X magnification.
