| Rabbit anti Human CDK5 antibodyrecognizes cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5), also known as Tau protein kinase II catalytic subunit, cyclin-dependent-like kinase 5, protein kinase CDK5 splicing or serine/threonine-protein kinase PSSALRE. Mutations in the Cdk5 gene are a cause of lissencephaly 7, with cerebellar hypoplasia (LIS7), a condition characterized by agyria or pachygyria with disruption of cortical lamination (Magenet al.2015).Rabbit anti Human CDK5 antibody detects a band of 30 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
