| Rabbit anti Human GCNT3 antibodyrecognizes GCNT3, also known as glucosaminyl (N-acetyl) transferase 3, mucin type and mucus-type core 2 beta-1,6-N acetylglucosaminyltransferase.The GCNT3 gene encodes a member of the N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase family. The encoded protein is a beta-6-N-acetylglucosamine-transferase that catalyzes the formation of core 2 and core 4 O-glycans on mucin-type glycoproteins (provided by RefSeq, Apr 2009).Rabbit anti Human GCNT3 antibody detects a band of 51 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
